Terms of Use

Anaya is free to use for your own journey. These terms explain the few things we ask in return.

01

Agreement

Anaya is provided by ANAYA (“we”). By downloading or using the app or this website, you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies alongside them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Anaya.

02

Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Anaya on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. Anaya is free and has no in-app purchases.

03

What Anaya is

Anaya offers questions, ideas and stories for personal reflection about who God is. It isn’t professional advice of any kind, including medical, psychological or legal advice. If you’re struggling, please talk to someone you trust or a qualified professional.

04

Our content

The writing, illustrations, narration, design and software in Anaya belong to ANAYA or its licensors. You’re welcome to share Anaya, and the cards the app makes for sharing, with people you know. Please don’t copy, resell or republish the content or narration, or use them to train or build other products, without our written permission.

05

Fair use of the app

Please don’t try to interfere with the app or the services that deliver its narration, reverse-engineer it except where the law allows, or use it in any way that breaks the law.

06

Privacy

Anaya doesn’t collect your personal data. Our Privacy Policy explains the details.

07

Changes and availability

We may update, change or stop offering Anaya or parts of it, including its narration. If these terms change, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use Anaya after a change means you accept the updated terms.

08

No warranty

Anaya is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

09

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of Anaya. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be limited.

10

Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn’t responsible for Anaya or its content, has no obligation to provide support for it, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them.

11

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
